9:30-10:30am

Cost: $20 for one parent and one child. Additional children $5 each. All proceeds from this event are going to Alisa’s Wish.

Join us for a fun morning of family yoga with Karen LeSage from Baobab Kids! This 60 minute session will incorporate exercise, fun, music, mindful games, partner poses and all the traditional benefits of yoga-meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation. Yoga is non-competitive and teaches self acceptance, focus, self awareness and regulation. Afterwards, tour the museum’s exhibits and take home a craft kit!

While this is an all-ages session, it will be geared toward children under the age of seven. Parent/guardian/trusted grown up participation is required.

What to bring: A yoga mat for each participant, sunscreen, and water.

Please sign up below. A reminder for payment will be sent closer to the event.
