Made by Lucy Flower in 1919, in Whitwell, England, this small doll dressed as a fortune teller has bundles of folded paper strips tied around her waist with wire. Each strip has a hand written fortune.
Fortune teller antique dolls were made out of china dolls, paper mache dolls and French fashion dolls. There are rare, and a popular collector’s item.
